Shipping & Returns
Shipping - Orders are shipped from Sweden.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Postnord (Swedish postal service) with tracking and drop-off without signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and transport fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Parcels are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We want you to love and get motivated with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchased merchandise from SixDeuce.se within 14 days from the date received for a full refund.
All merchandise that is returned to us must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by our return form – which you can download at the bottom of this page. You can also find a return form as an attached file in your order confirmation e-mail.
The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as Six Deuce is not responsible for lost return packages.
A full refund will be made (including original shipping costs) to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts.
Please no not ask us to make a refund to “different account” other than the one you made your purchase from. This is a matter of security and our policy is to only refund to the source account.
Exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange your product for another model or size, you simply place a new order. By doing this you minimize the risk of your desired product being sold out while we process your returned product. Once we’ve processed your returned product you will be refunded including the original shipping cost.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete.
